GYPSY CHIC FOR THE VERY FEW

THE COOL HIDEAWAY FOR THE 100

'Villa Marie' is pure colonial Planation Chic hidden on the Hill-Top of Colombier. Deep under the Flamand Strand where Hollywood goes to the beach and the Rockefeller Bay, the estate  David Rockefeller discovered 1957.

The Sibuet-Family discovered the island 60 years later and fell in love with the legendary Francois Plantation owned by globetrotter Robert Eden. Jocelyne and Jean Louis Sibuet created the tropical Villa Marie Saint-Barth Estate  in a vast tropical 14-acres park with colonial cottages. Gypsy charme for the urban roaming power tribe.

GM Marie-Christine Albini is the mastermind of the place.

THE VIBE

Gypsy chic with cool colonial spirit. The perfect comeback of the legendary ‚Francois Plantation’. The place has history. The hideaway for the Haut-Society of ‚Grand Hollywood‘, the Art World and the Island Society. A luxury shelter under-the-radar for the urban power tribe. A great ‚Club Privé' feeling.

THE LOOK

A sophisticated touch of colonial chic. The pure spirit of the island. Made by Jocelyne und Jean-Louis Sibuet.

THE TABLE

The revival of the famous table ‚Francois Plantation‘. Lunch in the shade of palm trees by the pool. Dinner in the classic plantation style salon. My fav: ‚Club sandwich with lobster‘. A cuisine inspired by Caribbean recipes. Chef: Emmanuel Motte.

THE ROOMS

18 Colonial cottages and villas in a tropical park with costume designed interiors by Jocelyne Sibuet. My fav room:  The Master Villa ( 223 m2) with private pool and sea view. French Country living at its finest.
